My journey in the construction industry began in the mid-70s, when I humbly started hanging sheetrock with a neighbor in need of assistance. Little did I know that this introduction would ignite my passion for the building industry, paving the way for my achievements today. Some of my notable accomplishments include:

• Acquiring a degree in architecture and civil engineering, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of the field.

• Designing and overseeing the construction of over 750 structures that now stand as testaments to my expertise.

• Transforming 3000 acres of land into 3000 building sites, including 800 waterfront locations and 200 acres dedicated to commercial and industrial development.

• Spearheading the construction of 25 miles of roads, with one of my notable achievements being a city sewer manhole that reaches an impressive 42 feet underground.

• Earning certification as a NSP Energy Auditor, showcasing my commitment to promoting energy efficiency in building practices.

• Establishing an Endowment Fund for Conservation, which has flourished and currently exceeds $1,600,000, contributing to the preservation of our natural resources.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills as both a journeyman drywall expert and a journeyman carpenter, completing over 300 successful remodel projects. Additionally, I have expertly applied spray texture to more than 1,000,000 square feet of ceilings, showcasing my attention to detail and craftsmanship.

However, my true passion lies in innovation and invention. I take great pride in my contributions to the construction industry as the inventor of groundbreaking technologies such as:

• The Tstud™ Technology, which has garnered recognition with the issuance of 10 US and 5 Canadian patents.

• Revolutionary inventions such as WarmStud™ and RhinoStud™, which are currently pending patents and poised to transform the industry.

• Innovations like DrainStrip™ and NoTape™ Drywall Solutions, which hold great promise for more efficient and sustainable construction practices.

• I have also developed a groundbreaking Footing/Foundation assembly that incorporates thermal breaks using recycled plastics and repurposed windmill blades, resulting in remarkable energy efficiency.

• Furthermore, my Footing/Foundation/Wall/Roof Assemblies are designed to withstand hurricane and tornado events, capable of stopping or capturing a 100 mph 2x4. These assemblies are not only exceptionally durable but also highly energy efficient.

• Another noteworthy creation is the thermally broken window and door jambs, enabling builders to install windows and doors from within a building, eliminating the need for external lifts, jigs, or lulls.
